Our Newsletters

If you have opted to receive marketing from us, we will send you communication via email, post and text message to keep you up to date with our latest news, product releases and special offers.

The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory, and you can opt out at any time. To opt-out of email click on the 'unsubscribe' link in any marketing emails you receive. For anything else, please contact our customer service team at info@target-darts.co.uk

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users/visitors from our newsletter service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data. Data is stored on our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services. Using their EU datacentres for processing and storage.
Payment gateways such as Stripe and Cloud Storage such as Google Drive or other similar support service provider.
Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

7. Transfers outside of the UK

Many of our external third parties are based outside the UK so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK.

9. Data retention

How long will you use my personal data for?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We aim to hold all personal data for no longer than 10 years and in respect of the personal data obtained through our consumer accounts, we delete all such personal data from our records 7 days following the closure of your account with us.
